Ghostring card not working

hello, i got so many luck to get dropped a ghostring card but, my surprise was that after equip it on my chars, i got none reduction of damage it seems does not work at all.
is it on purpose? is it a bug? i really apreciate an answer to this topic,

You know how it works, don't you? If it's about PvM, the card does not reduce monsters' basic attacks damage you receive (https://forums.warpportal.com/index.php?/topic/46298-questionghostring-card/), however, it reduces damage taken from Neutral skills like Asura Strike, non-enchanted Sonic Blow and some monsters use this type of skills too (so not only PvP). Mini-bosses/MVPs cards are disabled in WoE.
